This is my self portrait final. It looks like a picture of me. One skill I learned from this is shading. The principle of design that I used it shape. The element of design that I used and skill that I learned and used helped me shape each and every feature of my face so this portrait turned out well.
This is my clay creature project. It is supposed to be a bird from a game called tiny wings. It looks like one of the birds in it. One skill I used was scratch and slip. I used this skill when I put the wings on and spikes. An element of design I used was shape. Shape helped me create the definitive figure of a bird. This skill created an interesting looking project that ism proud of. This is my first ceramics project for art. It is a pot with a lid. It looks like a whale with hair. One principle of design I used is texture. The texture of the hair added creativity and depth to the pot. The texture can make something interesting because it will add detail that could make the pot or any other project, more realistic. This is my ceramic textured mug. It looks like a mug with green wood texture. One skill I used was getting the paint inside the lines of the texture I created. And element of design I used is balance. The element and skill I used have created a mug that's nice because the texture is evenly spread and the paint is glazed properly. This is my smooth mug. It looks like a pink clay mug. One skill I learned from this is slab. An element that I used for this project is form. The skill and element of design in this project create a nice mug that will work well and is shaped properly. This is a mug I made. One skill I learned when doing this project is how to use a texture stencil/template. An element I used during this was texture. The skill and element I used by putting the rubber stencil against my mug and pressing down, is creative and interesting because it's a unique way of making a clay mug. |
